    Speech Haven

For kids, teens, and parents building speech, language, and social communication

    Group programs at Speech Haven.

Small, structured groups led by registered speech-language pathologists, helping kids and teens build speech, language, and social communication skills together.

    R-Sound Group Therapy for Kids

A small-group program for children working on their R sound, one of the hardest sounds to master. Kids practice alongside peers facing the same challenge, guided by a registered speech-language pathologist. The group setting builds the confidence and carryover that solo drills often miss.

    Parent & Child Strategy Training

For parents of toddlers who want practical, everyday strategies to support early speech and language at home. You learn techniques you can fold into daily routines, coached directly by a speech-language pathologist, so you become your child's most effective communication partner.

Sensory Social Communication Group (Ages 4-8)

A sensory-aware, neurodivergent-affirming group for children 4 to 8 building social communication: taking turns, reading cues, and connecting with peers. Sessions use play and shared activities so kids practice real interaction in a comfortable environment.

Sensory Social Communication Group (Tweens & Teens, Ages 8-15)

A group for tweens and teens growing social communication and genuine peer connection. Sessions focus on conversation, friendship, and navigating group dynamics, in a space designed to feel supportive rather than clinical.

    How big are the groups?
We keep our groups small, typically between 4 and 6 participants, to ensure everyone gets individualized attention while still benefiting from peer interaction.

We offer both in person sessions at our clinics and secure virtual sessions. Let us know your preference when you reach out.
